Made It In — Time to Level Up

Hi all — thrilled to share that I’ve landed an IB offer at a top shop in Southern EMEA for an upcoming off-cycle.
I’m a first-year Master’s student at a European target, and breaking in without prior relevant experience was definitely my biggest hurdle — so I’m grateful to have checked that box.

Would really appreciate any advice on how to best prepare for the internship itself, and how to balance it with recruiting for London SA 2026 — especially since this group is known for being strong, but intense.
