Major GPA: Am I Screwed?

I have a slight issue that has come up. I recently got an offer on a BB Sales&Trading Team. On that application, I filled out my Major GPA and submitted a resume with my major Gpa clearly labeled as such. I'm worried because on the application that I'm reviewing now months later and it asks for "grade or expected / cumulative", I read that as open-ended because the first part seemed vague, so I put my major GPA and labeled it on my resume as "major GPA" and now I'm worried that this may hurt me. I even mentioned in the interviews that i used my major GPA and no one cared. When i submit transcripts and this is seen. Will my offer be rescinded or is there anything either of my MD contacts can do? (I have two, one of them was on the team that hired me). (my overall is much lower than my major)

Honestly, I think he should just withdraw his application and start applying for Northwestern Mutual internships. It's too late.
