Making it back to the US

Hello Gents/Ladies.

I went to boarding school in the US and thereafter, university. Then, due to visa issues, got into IB in London.

I was wondering if any of you have cracked the code - were able to move back to the US and stay.

You could theoretically move internally through your company for a couple of years but many hurdles to overcome and also not a long term option.

Any advice?
