Making the NDA process more efficient?
Hello WSO,
I'm curious about the types of software or programs other analysts use to help oversee the creation/negotiation/distribution of NDA's on a given deal. The method of exchanging documents via emails is archaic, and data rooms are a bit clunky for this purpose.
Does your bank have another way to make this process more streamlined? Interested in any input on this issue or related file-editing issues.
I use the following software/program in drafting NDAs:
microsoft word
that is all.
There are deal websites that do this, but the onus is on you to accept the changes and make sure it is executed.
