When I was interviewing at JPM back in November, when JPM was much better off in terms of that visualization than now, one of the interviewers pulled out that chart and talked about how this is why you should choose JPM.

Not really. In this market environment, you bet your ass all the banks that are better off are trying to sell their stability and soundness not only to clients but from the increasingly large pool of talent from which they are cherry picking only the best candidates.

If I were a candidate choosing between offers, that would be my #1 concern.
