Mastercard for Summer internship?

Which division in their finance department would be the best prep for I banking in your fellas opinions?

Right now it sort of looks like either:

Corporate Controller, Corporate Planning & Financial Analysis, New Markets and Investments, Global Risk Management, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Treasury and Settlement, Business Unit Finance

Or if you of any specific department that isn't mentioned but might be worth it please let me know.

The pay/lifestyle for the summer is REALLY good so I'm thinking maybe take this and PWM at the same time over the summer instead of a shitty regional boutique bank

While MA is a good company (and has been a great stock) - why would you take MA and PWM over an IB internship, even one at a 'shitty regional boutique'? Any of the posters here would tell you the latter option will set you up better for FT than the former.

Well I should have also mentioned that the boutique isn't finalized yet, the guy was like "your resume is good, I'll get back to you" and hasn't responded since. So my apologies, let me rephrase the post as "would you take this internship over a school endowment/prop trading internship" ---> Which I have locked up 100%

@DaCarez - So if I were to get the boutique ibd, take it even though its a no name company without even a website? I always thought that a reputable company like MA would always catch the recruiters attention more
