I have tried searching this a couple times and haven't found anything that looks to be like a qualified answer - Does anyone know what an MD at a BB can expect to make (all in comp)? Obviously its a range, but I am thinking $0.5 - $2 mm would be a pretty typical yearly income?
Has anyone heard this from the straight from the horse's mouth to confirm? Not looking for hear-say.
I am interested to see if its worth it to sell my soul and stay in the industry long-term.

I couldnt say for BB but if you look at the accounts of some good boutiques in the UK, you can find the salaray of the highest paid director and get pretty reliable info from there between .5 to 2m seems like a good range
