MD weird with resignations
MD at my firm asks people to stay around as long as possible (even when going to competitors). Likes to have long discussions with them / in conference rooms after they resign / squeeze as much work out from them as possible before they have to go
Isn’t it IB 101 that once you accept an offer you need to get out the door due to conflict of interests / exposure to confidential information?
Congrats on Jeff
