Meal Allowance Tips?

Meal allowance @ $35 in NYC. Any tips to utilize it the most and to stay as healthy as possible? Can’t order from home so I only can order about 3 days a week in office. I don’t want to gain a lot of weight due to eating too much or having high calorie foods.

I like places like Cava and Dig, I find that you can create enough variations with your base (are you feeling more of a salad or rice base? you can switch it up) and also can get different types of protein as well as veggies. I’m not sure what’s the $ in NY, but in Philly is around $15ish for a meal so it should be around there.

This is just my opinion but it may be worth checking out if you want to stay on the healthy side but also not be starving after the meal!

Do those kind of places have a calorie counter? I see that Chipotle has one and it makes it pretty easy to now overeat. The rough part is that a lot of places don’t show calories.
