Can’t speak for everywhere but on both my internships general vibe was ordering in for dinner and eating at desk/maybe in a conference room if on down time.

Lunch, people went out to get something, took it back to the office and worked through lunch

Most people eat out for lunch but you can definitely bring lunch every day.  If you have some time on the weekend to meal prep for dinner, you can.  Most people use their stipend for dinners though.

Buy a rice cooker for your carbs and slow cooker for your protein source. Some rice cookers will have a steam option for veggies or you could probably buy those in bag steamables.

Should make enough food for 3-4 days. Very simple, just put your food in, set it and forget it for a few hours. Portion it out into Tupperware. This is the laziest, most simple way to meal prep.
