Meeting with VP

I have a phone meeting with a VP from a BB (He is an alumni from my school). What specific questions have you guys found are good to ask to show that you are truly interested in working at that particular bank / really want a job in ibanking. This is our first phone conversation and I want to make sure I leave a good impression. Any other tips for the phone meeting is also appreciated.

Thanks
