With GS leading the deal, Russia acquired a minority stake in the company but there was resistance from multiple stakeholders. Now with JPM and MS on board, Russia has lined up a good set of advisors to fully acquire the country in an LBO. Ukraine hired DB and Barclays to assist them in the defence.
