I have a friend that used to work there. The culture is great, seems like they're a pretty tight-knit group but definitely lean deal teams. Exit opps are lateraling to another bank or maybe some LMM PE. Comp is below street by around 20% I think. But cost of living in Seattle is relatively cheaper compared to say SF, NY, LA.
