Merill Lynch (HK) SA offer
Hi,
I just got an offer from ML, and I'm wondering if anyone knows how many people (out of?) received full-time offers after their SA internships at ML (HK). I recall the HR lady telling us ML tries to recruit as many SA into full time as possible (at least for HK...)

From what I've read, almost all of Merrill's full time new analyst hires are from their summer analyst program. So basically your chance of getting a full time offer at the end of summer =no.of full time new analyst hires/no.of summer analysts
I think that number might be something around 75%.
What time did you get your call? Or was it by email? Were you applying for HK SA IBD or some other division in HK?

haha damn. I think a lot people got call on Thursday then. I am gonna wait for sunday to get a call. If not, probably didnt get it
