Has anyone ever gone from a non mba masters to an ib associate position in the uk.any advice on how to make this happen
for background have completed a summer in ib and in an investing role as an analyst if I do a maters in finance can I recruit for mba associate position given I already have analyst experience ?

I would look at the programs and see where people land, that's going to give you the best idea of whether it's likely from those programs.
High level, you will need the right amount of career experience to pursue an IB associate role, one year + masters won't be enough. Also, the job becomes a sales role beyond the associate level, so not sure if other degrees are better than an MBA, so it would come back to why not do the MBA instead.
