So, a buddy from my school is contemplating deferment of his BB offer and joining the military for 2-3 years as an officer. He cites service to his country as his main reason, and I think it's a great choice for him. Does anyone see any setbacks to being an analyst at 25-26? Any strong professional positives/negatives? Just curious what others think of the choice on a professional level.
