Minimum GPA I need to have as a junior with an IB offer?

Hey all, basically asking what the title is saying. I have a BB IB offer this summer ('24), and I am currently a junior in college. I have a 3.7 GPA at the moment, and I was wondering what is the minimum GPA I need to hold to not raise any red flags when the firm does background checks for this summer or if I full-time recruit for IB positions? From reading various threads and talking to people, the consensus is a 3.7/4.0 and above should not raise any red flags. Is this accurate? If not, what GPA should I aim to have before I start this summer or recruit for full time roles? Thanks for the help in advance!

For your SA - don't worry too much, a drop from 3.7 to a 3.6 isn't too worrying (assuming that you are also rounding). A 3.5 might raise some flags, but anything lower is alarming.

For FT - I would say you would want to bump that to a 3.8 assuming you go to a target. But again, if you are deadset on FT recruiting, you obviously want to make this as high as possible.
