All -- Wanted to hear your thoughts on a minority investment from a strategic. Strategic investor [#1] lead the last financing round, and has a ROFR. The next round will be from a new strategic investor who will likely want the same rights. Would love some insight into how this works as you can only have one actual ROFR. Any thoughts?
