I barely know when all the different bank deadlines are so I just found out that PWP was due like 5 days ago. I haven't networked with anyone there yet so should I try to do that next week and then apply like in a week or so or just apply May 31?

They have started handing out interviews so I think it wouldn't make a difference if you apply now or near May 31st. I would just use this time to network with them.
