Mission Capital Advisors

Anyone ever hear of Mission Capital Advisors? They seem to be a boutique advisory firm. I have an interview with them for Analyst position, but don't see any discussions or reviews about them.

Any info would be helpful

Any further information on this firm*? Such as Ideal groups to be in for career growth/exit opps, reputation in the industry, peer group, typical compensation structure at the Associate+ level. Seems like they are similar to an Ackman-Ziff type of firm.
