jef i heard it's 65k top,. although some reported ~51k in westcoast hw i heard pays around the market rbc is 62.5k
i doubt wb and rb will pay below market by much, if any

No way Wells pays bonuses at BB level...
Duff & Phelps was 70K for base, not sure about bonuses.
I thought Duff & Phelps does more advisory than actual Ibanking, surprise to hear their base is on par with street. T
