MM/BB Firm info resources?

Hey all,

I tried searching for similar topics using the search function and couldn't find it, so I decided to post. I apologize in advance if this is a topic that's constantly being hashed out on these boards. I'm trying to do some extensive research into different firms' IBD departments to help tailor cover letters and get an initial sense of firms where I would fit in well. Does anyone have any recommendations as to where to look, especially objective third-party resources that contain information on firm culture, organization, business areas, exit opps, revenue, etc.? So far I've been scouring through the firms' websites (they pretty much all say the same thing, with a few subtle differences) and the Vault Guide's Bank Profiles.

Also, I received a recruiting e-mail from HarrisWilliams & Co. off of my dorm's mailing list, and would like to find out more about them. If anybody has information on them, I'd appreciate your sharing of it. Thanks again.

spartanbanker13Harris Williams is a tier one MM bank with offices in Richmond, Boston, Philly, San Francisco and Minneapolis.

Thanks for the response. I found out office locations and such from looking through the website. However, I have no idea what the exit opportunities are after "graduating" from an analyst position in these types of firms (i.e. top tier B-schools, etc?)
