MO graduate position are only for interns?
Hi this summer I worked as a summer intern in MS MO position. I am interested in Corporate Treasury position, while my summer internship was in Risk (got an offer). I graduated university this year and have a total of 3 internships. I wonder if I should realistically go for graduate Treasury position with other banks? I noticed that most of MO interns get FT offer, and I wonder if relatively small department like Treasury will hire anyone not from their summer internship list? For example, MS dont event open FT treasury applications. I am looking at places like BoAML. Any advice?
