It takes 3 years at ASO internally to become a VP in the standard BB shops. It can never be less than 3 years and the promotion is never guaranteed.
Is it extremely difficult to lateral from ASO 3 to VP to abbreviate the process by a year or so?
It seems that the 3 year internal mandate discourages high performers to work their way up faster.
