Model Help?

Hello,

I have been personally working on my modeling skills (taking classes through Wall Street prep), and while I am fine when just following the directions of the video step by step, I struggle when trying to create a LBO model using the template provided but with a different company.

I have recently taken a company that announced publicly it’s going private, and tried to make assumptions on the structure of the LBO, but no matter how hard I try I cannot get the model to balance. Would someone be willing to glance over my model, and give me some tips? Please DM me if so.

Note: this is just for practice and no private information will be disclosed. I am making random assumptions off of publicly available data, and working on enhancing my modeling skills.
