Modeling question: how to create a toggle that allows a 3-statement model ouput to be shown monthly, quarterly, or annually

Does anyone know how to do this? Can you do it with Offset & Match? Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

I understand Offset & Match can be used to create scenarios, however the outputs always have the same number of columns regardless of the scenario we select. For the model output to dynamically show monthly/quarterly/annual, the number of columns will change.
