Moelis & Co. Advising on Phoenix Suns/Mercury Franchise

Curious as to who will snap up the Suns franchise and at what cost from Robert Sarver after his inappropriate actions/comments. Thoughts?

When compared to Donald Sterling, the situations are not even close. Sterling truly had / has a history of racist behavior, but if you read the allegations, re-telling a paraphrased story doesn't exactly scream racist in my book, which the woke are so quick to jump on. Apart from that, everything else seems like locker talk in a competitive environment. If a law firm investigated most banking groups, I guarantee they'd find similar behavior from seniors. Point is, this was clearly a targeted hunt into his 20+ yrs of ownership to desperately find something that can be used to oust him. Furthermore, a path towards change wasn't even considered or allowed..

Agree with take pretty much 100p, but the reality is and it sucks, is that everyone is out to get you even under these circumstances w/ there being basically no alternative for him. Papa John was also in this exact same situation and the PR firm baited him and look where he is at now.
