Moelis LDP conversion rate?

Just joined the program for NYC, how many spots generally go to the diversity candidates?

Saw there were about 40 of us targeting the NYC office, and I was curious on yield. How does it look for the LA office as well, as I’ll be putting that as my second choice

Really? They mentioned the New York office took around 40 summer analysts last year alone, so I assumed that + the other regional offices would’ve a nice yield

Oh so if if there are 40 of you targeting NYC, and the SA class size 40, the max they would take is 20 from diversity recruiting. That’s just my assumption, I doubt they would fill more than half with diversity people since all the target non-diversity haven’t gone yet.

I was in the week on wall street program for Moelis. They said they take 40% of candidates from the week on wall street program and LDP for SA. 40% TOTAL OF BOTH PROGRAMS, not 40% of each program. definitely helpful to be a part of these programs and make sure ppl know u. ask so many questions that u think you r annoying, most folks love that.
