Career Resources
Don’t know too much but saw that they poached 10 MD’s from svb for tech and Rick P (former head of MS west coast IB) has also joined so the tech team (mostly in SF) is growing for sure and seems to be a focus for the firm. Also in terms of media and telecom, the LA office is very well known and kills it every year. Honestly I’m not sure if NY is a hub for Moelis when it comes to TMT since tech is mostly out of SF and Boston and media is mostly from LA but maybe someone else can confirm if there are any MDs focused on TMT in the NY office.
Are they hiring?
Looking to pivot from FAANG strategic finance to TMT banking, interested as well.
