Was on an event with MS in London and they don’t do spring week anymore.
they realised that spring converts were garbage
surpirse surprise none of them converted their summer and are now suffering
firms need to abolish the year 13 --> spring --> summer --> grad pipeline
Finally the UK is moving towards a more merit-based hiring system
so that now leaves JPM as the only bank to do IB springs (welp)
Citi, Bofa, UBS, Roths and Evercore have also opened their springs?
I meant of the big 3 BBs MS GS JPM, JPM are the only ones left doing springs
