Getting headhunted for a role in MS's FSL COO group -- it'd be an Associate position.
Currently 1.5 YoE out of UG at a top consulting firm -- would this be a good exit? Any insights into this group's comp, hours, expectations would be much appreciated. I'm assuming this isn't exactly a "front office" role, but seems to have quite a lot of visibility with the group's COO.
