There's nothing official and it varies by team. Encouraged to go in "as much as possible" over the summer to help out the interns in person, but nothing being enforced. Seems to be lots of flexibility around coming in at 10:30am and leaving at 5pm, then WFH outside those hours.

Heard from seniors that it seems unlikely MS is going to bring in a formal x days per week in the office policy. Then again, you never know.

Gorman was in London recently and said something about how he thinks at least 50% of working hours should be spent in the office, which might give some indication where things are heading. Again, that isn't official policy.

 

Any indication of what its like to work there? Good place to work?
