Is this a joke? Centerview is an incredible bank. Lean deal teams on all the biggest deals. Pay their analysts the best and treat them the best because they want to invest in their employees and if you want Megafund exits you will definitely get it working on xx number of marquee transactions and playing a larger role on the deal team than you counterpart at a BB.

Depends on your interests: do you like PubFin and the type of clients you would be working with, or do you prefer classic banking M&A?

If you still can't make up your mind, think about culture. In terms of prestige/exit opps, both are strong names with Centerview boasting the better pay. I really think you can't go wrong with either one.
