morning work out / post work out meal
Curious to see if anyone hits the gym before work and what their morning routine looks like.
Currently, I'm trying to implement a morning workout schedule, but working out in the morning leaves me super hungry through out the day. If I work out in the evenings, I would have a post work out smoothie at home. I can't make a smoothie at 6:30 in the morning because 1. that would wake up my roommates 2. a 2 hour old smoothie doesn't taste that good
I did morning sessions for the first 2 years out of uni. Would wake up at 6, from 6-6:30 I would eat a bowl of muesli and chug a coffee, then 15-20m on tram/walking (depending on where I am) to the gym. Would finish my workout just before 8, clean up/get dressed and go to the office. I would make my protein shake once I arrived.
u made ur protein shake at the office? I guess I usually make a smoothie with a blender.
