Associate, had 3 years BB experience. I told him I would accidentally hit the F1 key from time to time. He came over and grabbed my computer, and ripped that puppy clean off. I was in awe of his strength, judgement, and ability to solve intricate problems so quickly.
I took the F1 key off my first day at the desk as an intern. I come back the next morning and I had a new keyboard with an F1 key. The 70 year old MD popped over to my desk, "hey I sent a note to IT to get you a new keyboard. Can't have a broken keyboard!"
This is when I realized MDs can't use any of the Microsoft Office products on their PC save for Outlook
