What are the best/top paying boutique investment banks in nyc? Looking for good pay and lateral opportunities. Thanks for the help

I'm talking about regional nyc boutiques, not the elites. I am not as aware of the ranks of smaller shops so i asked this question buddy.

Not sure what kind of places you're asking about, but those are the top paying advisory shops that aren't considered traditional "boutiques" due to their size. In London, a similar example would be Robey Warshaw, but I'm pretty sure they don't hire out of undergrad. Anyway, like the above guy said, if you didn't already know those places via OCR or connections, you're not getting them.
Work at one of the four places listed above and people really underestimate their chances of a reach-out given >1 YoE in banking at a reputable firm.We very commonly pass along names that make an impression in the coffee chat for a full interview process.
