Move graduate schemes

Hi Everyone,

First post. Long time reader.

Finished uni this year and I am now 2 months into a grad scheme at a big 4 UK bank.

The problem is my grad scheme is Risk and I want to be in IB. I have heard that people have moved to a different scheme internally but I don't know how to go about it. Any tips on how I can go about changing grad schemes?
