Moving abroad...Advice?

Hi All,

I just graduated for my MSc in Finance from a semi-target university in continental Europe. I have solid internship experience in CF/IB at local firms.

For quite some time I have been thinking about where I want to work as a FT analyst. I have come across some very interesting positions, all being in London. I have never really worked/lived abroad on my own. On the one hand, I feel like I should just go for it and move abroad to not miss out on such a great opportunity. On the other hand, the idea of moving abroad and leaving behind family/friends is also holding me back.

Any advice or help from someone who has actually made such a decision, going through the same thoughts, would be highly appreciated!
