Moving to a different group within the same bank after 1 year

Generally speaking at BBs, how easy / difficult is it to switch groups within the bank after a year? My bank has a formal rotation program, but I don't know if I can wait that long to move. My experience hasn't been bad for the past 9 months, but it hasn't been ideal either. My fellow team members are all nice and pleasant as individuals, but when they are together they are super cliquey and exclude me from lots of activities (meals, coffee, drinks, social outings, etc.) They also have pretty unreasonable expectations about many aspects of WLB, work quality, timeliness, etc.

I have tried my best to be a good analyst and to make their lives easier, but I feel like they don't appreciate my help and I just feel like there's a rather awkward / toxic dynamic. I definitely think I can stick it out for 2-3 years before the formal rotation program starts or if I decide to leave the firm -  at this point I don't want to look for a new job just yet. However, staying in this group long-term will definitely take a toll on my mental health / overall well-being.

Any advice on how to proceed? I can try to network with other groups. though I'm afraid this will get back to my current group and they'll take it out on me. If people have insight into the ease of internal mobility at their respective banks, that would be much appreciated.
