Moving to a LOCL as an IB analyst. I was wondering how important it would be for me to get a place downtown vs a 20 min commute to work where I could really take advantage of the LOCL. Downtown I’d be paying 1400-2000 for a place getting paid 5k base what market was a few years ago.
Saving and dropping my hundred k of college loans immediately is really important to me
