I'm currently contracted at a BB (not an official employee) in an GWM operations role and am trying to network my way into something in CF or IB even. I notice that my bank has the summer analyst/associate classes, but does the IB department only feed from there? I couldn't even attend such a class because I'm not enrolled in a school. Also, does anyone have any advice for networking around a BB they already work at?
