MS Best Teams London

Was able to secure IBD SA for 2023 after their final round AC not too long ago. Was told that desk allocations are soon.

What are the best teams in terms of pay, prestige, culture and most importantly - conversion rates.

Will conversion rates look shit for 2023?

Really appreciate all of the help! I’m a proper noob out here.

For context I’m 20, black and go to a semi target. I was probably a diversity hire so probably am not par with the competition.

Cheers!

Pay stays same between all teams pretty sure. MS is best in M&A, HC and heard of a good FSG culture

Bruh that’s very rude of you. Everyone wants to put themself in a better position. I am grateful

UK&I I've heard is good culture.

HC, M&C I've heard suck ass for hours (because they are strong teams).

Conversion rates - MS converts if you're good. Simple as that. Don't be shit, and definitely don't be shitter than everyone else. Imo there is rarely a point in trying to optimise for conversion rates.

Regarding coming in as a diversity hire - afaik we do a lot of "diversity encouragement" in terms of applying and possibly some flagging for 1st round but after that it's on you. So please get off your self pity horse of "I'm probably worse than everyone else". Just don't be worse, simple as that.
