Any idea on MS HK’s return offer rate this year? Heard it has been high historically but not sure about this summer

For summer 2020 IBD?
Speaking for IBD HK only. Rates roughly similar to last year, MS has been killing it lately. One of the strongest years in a long time. MS doesn’t really overhire contrary to previous years, which suggests 30-50% return rates.
