MS IBD SA London
Hi guys, just wonder if anyone has received a video interview after doing online tests? I heard candidates need to score above 90th percentile in their online test to move on to the next recruitment stage, is that true?

Could one in theory submit a fake app to practice the tests?
it is technically possible but better not do that
Sure, as long as you use a VPN.
Honestly, it’s easier to buy Assessment Day/similar and practise them. Saves you having to waste time making an account each time, and you can actually see which ones you got wrong.
No need to be on the top 90th percentile, actually its way lower... you just dont have to fuck it in any of the tests thats the main thing
I got a result of extremely fast and extremely accurate for Numerical Reasoning Test, but in Inductive Reasoning Test I only got slow and more accurate, does that mean I already fucked it?
No, thats not a ding
The problem is if they tell you "you are much less accurate" thats an autoding for MS London
Yeah I think you need above 90th percentile for all the tests. I think that's why first rounds were so selective. I got interview for MS IBD NY, and I don't even have close to a great profile but still got an interview because I know I aced those tests and the Hirevue. I heard they won't even look at your application if you don't score in the 90th percentile, and after that, they watch the Hirevues of the top 10% and further filter those out with really bad ones. It may not be 90th percentile for sure though. Saw that online but it could be like 70 or 80 though. They definitely weight the tests heavily though. Idk what the process is for London though
Thanks for sharing mate! I guess I have to cancel that application and apply again using another account
In Barclays one guy did that (who got the offer on his second try) and got banned from all wall street banks. Up to you to see if this is worth it
