Would like to get information regarding a few industry groups at MS: basic materials, energy, power and utilities and transportation. Could you please provide me with a few insights re each group? - deal flow and prestige of the team - size of the team - interaction with the M&A group (do they execute their deal themselves? Do they have their own model during execution (or is the M&A group in charge of it)? - do they only pitch?
Any insight from people having worked at MS or currently working there would be appreciated.
