Heard this as well. A close friend of mine lateraled there and yes, its a sweaty place but you are working almost exclusively on stuff that actually matters. Very little chasing longshot deals and much more focused on executing active mandates. Juniors have better ownership of work compared to other places and I was told that there is more interaction between senior bankers and junior bankers than a lot of other groups, so a bit less hierarchal than many places.
