both are amazing. MS is absolutely killing it right now - they're lead left on a lot of deals coming through. obviously qatalyst is the dominant tech boutique. qatalyst pays more if you want to consider that.
like the above said, both wreck that space. i personally know a few dudes at MS that were rejected/waitlisted by Qatalyst though. and comp is amazing at qatalyst too
