What do you think of this MSc in Finance ? Is it very reknowed ? I would like to work in M&A in boutiques or T2 banks in Paris or London.

ESSEC MSc in Finance has a good reputation either in Paris and London. If you look at former students on Linkedin, you'll see the MSc places very well. From my network I can see placements at GS / MS / JPM (London) and Rothschild / Lazard (Paris). With relevant pre-master experiences and networking efforts you'll do pretty well imo.
