Sure which company is a complete fraud? FMCN? Muddy Waters? Both?
I shorted it yesterday when it was still about $20/share, made a killing when it collapsed and got out quick. I'm thinking about shorting it again though since it's back up to $17.

they have attached many documents proving some parts of the case that they're making. i haven't gotten around to read the entire report (80 page beast).
Yeah I made a good chunk of change on the collapse yesterday then doubled down and bought $12.50 Jan puts this morning. Today was painful but the more I dig into the MW report the more confident I am that the support won't last. My favorite has to be the $13 mm tugboat - those silly Chinese (-_-) . Kinda wish I bought longer dated puts though.
thing is, you can't hold short for too long.
look what happened with ONP. dropped but anyone short beginning of the month got killed.
