use your old one. on a related note, this online app probably doesn't matter (it's usually just for HR record keeping). if you're not going through on campus recruiting from your school or through a networked contact, your app isn't going to get looked at, esp in this market.
I go to a Target and am applying for a position on Hong Kong. MS posted on our career center job database but the posting directed us to apply on the website. Does this still mean that they won't even look at our app?
